We really do love reviews from our customers. Here is one that really made our day!

Upon returning from SOCAL on the 27th of August, we found our basement flooded. We called Farmers Insurance and told them what happened and they in turn called SERVPRO and they had two men at our home within an hour. They worked till past 2 am attempting to get as much water removed as possible. Zach, the team leader said that another team would be back in several hours to continue the clean up. By 8 am Carlos and his crew arrived and continued the water removal process and begin the drying out process. Between Zach’s crew and Carlos’s crew the basement was dried and prepared for the restoration process. These two young men were not only very efficient, but very helpful in explaining everything thing that was happening, and also what the whole process would entail. Thank you both along with your crews for helping us to get through all of this. Robert and Susan Robinson
