City Water Pipe Breaks in Idaho Falls

This flooded commercial building basement was the result of a broken city water pipe.  When SERVPRO of Idaho Falls arrived on the scene there was over one foot of water in the basement and water was still coming in.  SERVPRO immediately called the city to send an emergency crew to turn off the water and then began to move all of the contents out of the basement and into an area that was not in danger of getting wet.

The client was very happy with SERVPRO's fast action and recognized how the crews saved thousand of documents from being ruined.
