Sewer Lines Backup
Some things just cant be forseen, like this sewer line back up that invaded the space of this local business. Inspections showed that tree roots had infiltrated the sewer lines and it had to be snaked to rid the lines of the roots. While this fixed the problem at the time, the plumber informed the business owner that it would simply happen again over time as the roots grow again in to the sewer line. There would be no telling exactly when it would happen again but the options were to
1: Watch the drain closely for any apparent seepage coming up from the drain and have the drain snaked at that time or,
2: Dig up the ground and replace the sewer line.
The business owner opted to snake the drain periodically as the cost of replacing the line was cost prohibitive
